Our meetings are sociable get-togethers held roughly every half term and everyone is welcome to come along and join in.
To introduce ourselves to you, we usually provide drinks and holding an informal Meet & Greet session where you can meet put current PFA team alongside the Meet the Teacher Evening at the start of the autumn term.
Our first formal meeting (and our AGM) usually takes place at the start of the school year, however in consultation with the Charities Commission, this year we are delaying this until January when we hope to be able to hold an 'in person' meeting in the school hall. The date of the AGM will be advertised here in advance.
All PFA meetings this year will be slightly different as well. The elected committee will meet every half term to discuss current fundraising and logistics and this will be followed, a few days later, by a Zoom meeting to which everyone is invited. There you can find out what we have planned and you will have the opportunity to give feedback, make suggestions and even volunteer to help out - we still need and value your help and input even if we can't all meet face to face!
The minutes of the committee meetings will be published here in advance of the wider meeting and the Zoom link will be shared by the Class Reps or can be obtained by emailing us directly.
