Easter Competitions

Even though the school wasn't open for the majority of pupils at Easter, this didn't stop us holding our traditional Easter Competition. Each year we ask the children to make either an Easter basket, and Easter garden or an Easter bonnet and bring them into school to display. We hold an Easter bonnet parade and a panel of judges award prizes for the best in each category.

This year the competition was held 'virtually', with the children sending in photographs of their entries. We produced a slide show of the entries which was circulated to all our staff who voted for their favourites. The winners were awarded chocolate Easter Eggs, which the Sandygate bunny dropped on their doorsteps!
