This term the topic in Year 2 is Italy and the Romans, to celebrate this they held a Roman Day. The children came dressed as Roman centurions, senators and nobles and did a number of activities including making their own mosaics, making pizza, using clay to make coins and painting volcano pictures as they have been studying the eruption of Mount Vesuvius, Pompeii.
