We challenged the children to turn an ordinary potato into a character from their favourite book and the entries so far have ranged from Mr Men to the Three Little Pigs to Harry Potter. If you haven't yet brought in your creation please bring it to school tomorrow. 

Our other Book Week activities include World Book Day on Thursday 3rd when we invite the children to come to school dressed as their favourite book character and a Reading Challenge to see how many minutes we can spend reading or being read to in the two weeks up to this Friday. Don't forget to keep recording the number of minutes you read/are read to each day and enter them in the Google form so we can total up the minutes across the school.
