Last year, these had to be done under lockdown and took place virtually with children sending in pictures of their creations so we were very pleased to be able to see everyone's entries in school this week, with the exception of the Easter Gardens which were a little large to carry in to school!

We have all had a chance to look at the entries from Reception and Year 2 in the hall this week and to see the Year 1 Easter Gardens in class on a PowerPoint presentation. The judges have also taken a good luck and they reported that the judging was harder this year than ever with so many creative entries. 

This afternoon Year 2 treated us to an Easter Bonnet parade to show off their creations and Mrs Reynolds announced all the winners who are:

Reception - Easter Basket

• 1st Henry from Ant class
• 2nd Leo from Ant class
• 3rd Molly from Bee class

Highly Commended: Herbie from Bee class and Ella from Ant class

Year 1 - Easter Garden

• 1st Sebastian from Ladybird class
• 2nd Eva from Ladybird class
• 3rd Stanley from Butterfly class

Highly Commended: Hannah & Monty both from Butterfly class

Year 2 - Easter Bonnet

• 1st Alex from Dragonfly class
• 2nd Thea from Grasshopper class
• 3rd Robin from Dragonfly class
