Today, all the children in the school participated in scooter sessions with a visiting scooter coach. This was the rescheduled event from Safety Week which took place in autumn term. Each class had a lesson where the children learned how to travel safely whilst riding a scooter, thinking especially about travelling near roads and across driveways. They worked on coordination and control with a few fun tricks taught at the end too. The smiles on the children's faces was a joy to see, and the coach was particularly impressed with how well all the children listened and followed instructions.
