Children in Need

17th November 2017
There has been lots of excitement in school today with spotty clothes and a visit from none other than Pudsey himself in school worship.
The Children in Need activities kindly organised by Mrs Burkitt, brought the focus onto the charity but still allowed coverage of aspects of the curriculum. The children will be bringing home a spotty biscuit that they have decorated today and they have completed a spot hunt as well as Spot themed maths and spellings.
Your generous donations for the colouring competition and mufti day raised £263.44 - thank you!
School Worship this morning was led by the Rights Respecting Schools ambassadors who spoke about bullying and we announced the winners of the Colouring competition - their winning entries are shown below. The winners were:
Reception - Mason Stevens
Year 1 - Daisy White
Year 2 - Alexandra McGuinness
